What We Do
White Zulu Human Capital Management has a solid track record of providing tailor-made solutions to its clients. Designed within the framework of time tested business values, this business concern caters for niche transformation matters such as human resource legislation as well as planning and implementation.
White Zulu found crossroads and connections through a large policy framework, redressing South Africa’s political past, building capacity to provide access to all South Africans for education, training, employment and a better life.
Skills Development, Employment Equity, Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment, Employer Workplace and Training Provider Accreditation, Recruitment of learnership/ apprenticeship candidates and the related Employee Compliance, became key focus areas and specializations for White Zulu and its Associates.
White Zulu is involved across sectors and identifies employer and professional bodies, subject matter experts as well as service providers to collaborate with, when implementing transformation projects. White Zulu has enjoyed a long standing relationship with the Department of Labour, Education and the SETA’s. We’ve seen the establishment of the SETAs and some of our internal staff served as board members in early SETA days.
